About my background:

I received my massage therapy education at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, and have worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008. My training includes Traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, Dynamic Cupping, Facial, and Prenatal Massage.  Each massage session is customized to support your health goals and address areas of pain and stiffness.

If you don’t feel well or need to cancel your appointment for ANY reason (including worry about exposure), please call as soon as possible.

Please note that due to shortened summer hours, I will be unable to accept new people until September. However, I can still add you to my cancelation list.
